Where are El MiZa shoes made?

          Every one of our shoes is individually hand made in Villena, Spain, who’s footwear industry dates back to the 19th century. And from different countries of authentic shoes. As our business resells. We have great relationships with our teams on the ground, and make several trips a year to maintain those relationships and ensure proper handling of our unique product.

How did you choose the style names?

          We named each style after their colors and designs styles to pay homage to show its uniqueness.

Can the shoes be worn without the insoles?

         The shoes are meant to be worn with the insoles, but if you prefer the look and/or if your child is reaching the end of a particular size’s range, take the insole out to extend the life for a few more weeks!

 

 

Why can’t I search for specific Girls’ styles or Boys’ styles?

          Most of our store styles can be worn by either girls or boys. When choosing amongst the colors, you are only limited by your imagination!

 

 

The style I would like to order does not come in the color I want, do you fulfill custom orders?

         At the moment we are unable to accommodate custom orders. However, please let us know at contact@ElMiza.com if there is a shoe you would like in a color or material that is currently unavailable. We are always open to expanding our options!

 

Sizing FAQ:

How do I know what size to order?

         We know it can be hard to determine your size when shopping online. The best way to get an accurate fit is to go by measurements, not just age or random size numbers that vary from brand to brand. Click here for a complete guide on our unique sizing.

 

 

Are larger sizes available?

         At the moment, we are only catering size 35 to 40. I have chubby feet. Will shoes fit him/her? Yes! In addition, you can remove the insoles which will increase the volume of the shoe and accommodate your fuller foot better.

 

Is there variation in fit between the different styles?

         All shoes are made on the same last, or mold upon which the shoe is constructed. For more on sizing, visit our page.

Are El MiZa shoes washable?

          Please refer to our Care Instructions for full details on how best to care for your shoes.

 

Orders/Returns FAQ:

Where is my order?

          You can check your order status here. Please allow up to 3 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.

 

What if I need to change my order?

          Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order after it is placed (for example, we can't change size, shipping address or combine multiple orders). What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards as well as payments through PayPal. Cash on delivery method too. Through gcash #09286167729

 

Can I return or exchange something? How do I do that?

          Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for complete information and a link to our Return Authorization page.

 

What if my items are damaged or defective?

          We work hard to bring you great quality, but we know we’re not perfect. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know at contact@ElMiZa.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.

 

How do I return an item purchased at a store?

          We do not accept shoes purchased from retail locations. You will need to return your shoes to that location, in line with their return policy. How do I exchange an Item? We do not offer exchanges. Please follow our return process and then place a new order.

 

Can I receive a free return label?

          We do not offer free return labels at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment once your shoes have reached the warehouse. We do not refund original shipping costs.

 

Can I return or exchange shoes received as a gift?

          We can only offer returns if the shoes were purchased from our online store. You will receive store credit for the current selling price. Store credit for gift returns does not include return shipping fees.

 

When will I receive my refund?

           Please allow up to 10 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

What if I forgot to include my return packing slip?

          The return packing slip is important as it notifies us who to refund. If you have forgotten to include this slip, please let us know at contact@ElMiZa.com.

 

Shipping FAQ:

How much do you charge for shipping?

          We are happy to offer you free ground shipping via LBC, Lalamove on all full-priced orders. Want it faster? Upgrade to express service for an additional cost (currently unavailable).
